Job Title: School Admission Counsellor

Job Location: Banjara Hills ,Hyderabad

About the Role

- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents.
- Guide families throughout the admission journey.
- Conduct campus visits, presentations, open days and admission events.
- Manage prospective-student leads and ensure a smooth admissions experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective students and parents.
- Explain programs, facilities, admission requirements, procedures, eligibility and fee structures.
- Conduct campus tours, presentations and admission-related events.
- Follow up with prospective applicants and support timely completion of application forms and documentation.
- Maintain accurate admission databases and update lead/prospect information.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for a smooth admission process.
- Work towards admission targets and improve lead-to-enrolment conversion.
- Build strong relationships with prospective families through effective follow-up.
- Share feedback to improve the admission process and support admission-related marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business,



Education or a related field.
- Prior experience in admission counselling, education sales or a similar education-sector role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
