nJob Description

nWe are looking for an experienced SAP VIM (OpenText) Consultant with strong S/4HANA implementation and end-to-end VIM experience.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- 7+ years of relevant SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
n
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end OpenText VIM implementation in S/4HANA.
n
- Experience with Information Capture for SAP / OCR extraction.
n
- Perform VIM post-installation activities and baseline configuration.
n
- Configure inbound channels including Email, IDOC, OAWD, IES/Validation Client, HTTPS, Content Repository, Business Center, and VIM Mapping.
n
- Experience with VIM custom developments such as validation step skip, DP document type determination, PO/Non-PO approvals, auto-upload of scanned invoices, and duplicate invoice handling.
n




- Design E-Invoicing interfaces and implement Return to Vendor and Blocked Approval functionality.
n
- Experience with OneSource–VIM integration for tax code and tax amount determination.
n
- Configure business rules, exceptions, process types, roles, and document types for PO and Non-PO invoice flows.
n
- Conduct FUT and SIT, resolve defects, and support Hypercare activities.
n
- Prepare Process Design Documents, Functional Specifications, and test cases.
n
- Work directly with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, demos, GAP analysis, and solution design.
n
- Provide KT to the support team.
n
