Qualifications

- Solid SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration, integration, and practical application in financial processes.
- Experience in Training delivery for 10 years and related business process flows in procurement and inventory management.
- Proven training and facilitation skills, including curriculum development, instructional design, and learner assessment.
- Background in consulting or implementation projects,



with the ability to translate real-world scenarios into training content.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or a related field; SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach diverse learner groups in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and comfort with digital tools and learning management systems.
- Prior experience in corporate training or skills development programs, especially in emerging or rural markets, is an advantage.
