SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week, 1 day WFH) / Remote (Compensation module roles) Experience: 3–8 years Employment Type: Full‑time
Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 end‑to‑end SuccessFactors implementations
- Hands‑on production support experience
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules: Compensation, Recruitment & Onboarding, Succession Planning, Performance & Goals
- US client‑facing experience with solid communication skills
- Active listening and problem‑solving skills during live client calls
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset
- Flexibility to work evening/night shifts (US client hours)
Work Model
- Onsite Bangalore: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST, Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)
- Remote Compensation Roles: US client hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
Opportunities
- Onsite Bangalore: 3–6 years experience, hybrid model
- Remote Compensation Role 1: 8+ years experience, minimum 2 full implementation lifecycles, production support
- Remote Compensation Role 2 (US client): 8+ years experience, flexibility to work US client hours
