SAP SD OTC (Order to Cash) Summary: The System Engineer, SAP S/4 Hana DSM or SAP ECC6 Sales and Distribution modules applications will deliver technical advisory services, documentation, and governance across Bridgestone to mature and innovate our capabilities. The position will develop and lead the process of building and translating technical business requirements into durable and efficient solutions. The candidate should possess strong business acumen, sound operational experience, and the ability to work within a cross functional team, liaise with and influence subject matter experts within the business to facilitate the effective implementation of not only the new technology but also a global template of common and standardized processes.

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and advocacy across Bridgestone with IT leadership, and other business stakeholders to prioritize SAP SD requirements and design tactical and strategic technology solutions.

- Creates and maintains roadmaps for their space in alignment with business and IT objectives.

- Create documentation to reference other vendors and global initiatives.

- Research, design, and integrate new solutions, determining scope and impact in diverse and complex environments.

- Validate and certify current and future state products/services and assess potential impact across all enterprise systems.

- Identify use cases for technical capabilities, lead and conduct hands-on evaluations and develop value propositions for new products and services.

- Work closely with leadership and other groups to define the strategic direction of the business and promote resilient product/service engineering.

- Maintains in-depth knowledge of next-gen designs, and digital trends and threats.

- Build and maintain effective relationships with management, peers, product owners, and internal stakeholders.

- Build and maintain up-to-date and clear documentation of current Sales and Order Management applications, infrastructure, and system process flows.





- Provides strong leadership and direction to team members and mentors other teammates.

- Ability to config or develop if necessary• Fully understands what it means to run a business with Supply Chain and Procurement.

Supply Chain

End to End to procure product and get a product to the customer• Provide guidance and advocacy across Bridgestone with IT leadership, and other business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and design tactical and strategic technology solutions.

- Research, design, and integrate new solutions, determining scope and impact in diverse and complex environments.
- Validate and certify current and future state products/services and assess potential impact across all enterprise systems.
- Identify use cases for technical capabilities, lead and conduct hands-on evaluations and develop value propositions for current products and services.
- Work closely with leadership and other groups to define the strategic direction of the business and promote resilient product/service engineering.

- Build and maintain up-to-date and clear documentation of current infrastructure, and system process flows. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and/or +8 years of related experience working with SAP Sales and Distribution and supporting applications

- Experience modeling and design reviews and assessing requirements for the introduction of new SAP S/4 Hana DSM and ECC6 S/D technologies.

- Experience in industry experience representing technical viewpoints to diverse audiences and making timely and prudent technical security decisions.

- Experience in industry experience with enterprise Sales Order Management applications and working across cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

- Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated

- Nice to Have - Specific experience with Forecasting and Planning, preferably with the Blue Yonder applications.
