JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, transformation, integration and migration projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, team leadership, stakeholder management and successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects
- Manage SAP transformation, migration and integration projects
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Lead cross-functional SAP teams including functional and technical consultants
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients and senior management
- Manage project budgets, resources and timelines
- Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Manage change requests and project documentation
- Conduct project reviews and provide regular status reports
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams
- Drive successful project go-live and post-implementation support

REQUIREMENTS




- 10+ years of overall experience in SAP/IT project management
- Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA environments
- Experience coordinating SAP functional and technical teams
- Robust stakeholder and client management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making abilities
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management and delivery methodologies
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred
- PMP/PRINCE2/SAP project management certification is an added advantage

Pay: Up to ₹2,700,000.00 per year
