Key Responsibilities

SAP Implementation & Rollouts

- Lead SAP PP implementation and rollout projects across JBM manufacturing plants.
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Blueprint, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts.
- Configure SAP PP processes based on business requirements.
- Support cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

- Configure and maintain:

- Material Master

- Bill of Materials (BOM)

- Work Centers

- Routings

- Production Versions

- Production Orders

- MRP Parameters

- Planning Strategies

- Capacity Planning

- Shop Floor Control

- Availability Checks

- Scheduling Parameters

- Confirmation Parameters

- Factory Calendars

- Planning Calendars

Production Planning & Execution
- Configure and support:

- Demand Management





- MRP (Material Requirement Planning)

- MTS / MTO Scenarios

- Production Order Processing
- Goods Issue & Goods Receipt

- Backflush Processes

- Batch Management

- Capacity Requirement Planning

- Shop Floor Execution

Cross-Functional Integration
- Work closely with SAP MM, QM, PM, SD, FICO, and ABAP teams.
- Support integration between procurement, production, warehouse, quality, and finance processes.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, and workflows.

Testing & Support
- Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
- Resolve production support tickets within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
- Manage change requests and system enhancements.

User Training & Documentation
- Develop user manuals, process flows, SOPs, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training programs for manufacturing teams.
- Support adoption of SAP best practices across all JBM locations.
