Position overview:

nLocation - Remote.

nWe are looking for SAP FICO Functional resource with good hands-on experience in designing,

nconfiguration, testing and production support activities.

nRoles & Responsibilities and required skills:

n• Work with onsite FICO team in managing support and delivery for the SAP FICO stream.

n• Coordinate with various other teams to understand the possible cross-functional impacts

nand mitigate risks.

n• Analyze incident trends, and design solutions to address root causes and improve the

nsystem. Work with the team to develop, test, and implement these solutions.

n• Participate in deployment for change requests to production and post deployment support.

n• Update system documentation and training documents/user manual for projects

n• Strong in business processes & technical skills (SAP FI/CO configuration)

n• Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP

nservices are available and reliable to meet business expectations.

n• Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly.

n• Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.

n• Drive a higher level of customer satisfaction by improving support team quality, knowledge,





nand training.

nEligibility:

n• 7+ years of experience.

n• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

n• Effective Verbal and written communication.

n• Flexibility to work in shifts.

n• Experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Profit Centre & Cost Centre Accounting,

nInternal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.

n• Strong knowledge of integration between logistics / Sales and Production modules with

nFI/CO.

n• Exposure to interfaces /data extracts techniques.

n• Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading or coordinating small to medium projects in SAP

nFICO.

n• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design, development, and implementation of SAP FI CO

nmodules and have assisted multiple SAP rollouts with at least 3 end to end SAP

nimplementations.

n• Experience and proficiency in configuration of the following FICO modules ECC 6.0& S4

n• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

n• Good documentation skills using MS Office applications.

n• Solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well on cross functional

nproject teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
