nWe are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to support a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation project .

nThe ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and LTMOM , with proven experience handling both master data and transactional data migration .

nKey Responsibilities

n

- Analyze legacy system data and define data migration requirements.
n
- Prepare data mapping, transformation, and migration documents .
n
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation.
n
- Execute end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA.
n
- Perform mock loads, reconciliation, data validation, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support .
n
- Work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams including FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and QM .
n

n✅ LTMC & LTMOM – Mandatory

n✅ Migration Object Templates (MOTs)

n✅ Staging Table Method

n✅ Direct Transfer Method

n✅ File Transfer Method

n✅ Legacy data extraction frameworks

n✅ Migration of Master Data & Transactional Data

n✅ LSMW

n✅ Knowledge of BDC, BAPI, IDoc, ALE interfaces & integrations

nRequired Experience

- 5+ years of SAP Data Migration experience .
n
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC and LTMOM .
n
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation .
n
- Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data.
n
- Experience with end-to-end migration: Analysis → Extraction → Mapping → Cleansing → Transformation → Loading → Validation → Cutover .
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

n⭐ Good to Have

- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology .
n
- SAP certification is an advantage.
