nThe Role:

nWe are looking for a techno-functional SAP Business One (SAP B1) Consultant to join our team. The

nrole will work with IT and business stakeholders to support SAP B1 implementation, customization,

nintegrations, process automation and ongoing system optimization. The ideal candidate will have

nstrong expertise in SAP B1 modules, SQL, SAP HANA, Crystal Reports, integrations and business

nanalysis.

n

nResponsibilities:

n1. SAP B1 Implementation & Support

nLead and support SAP Business One implementation, configuration, testing, deployment and

npost-go-live activities.

nProvide ongoing functional and technical support for SAP B1.

nAnalyze business processes, identify gaps and recommend SAP B1 solutions.

nManage hypercare and post-production support.

nDrive system enhancements, optimization and continuous improvements.

n2. Functional & Technical Expertise

nDemonstrate solid knowledge of SAP B1 modules including:

no Financials

no Sales

no Purchasing

no Inventory

no Warehouse Management

no Production

no Integrations

nWork extensively with SAP HANA, SQL and Crystal Reports.

nDevelop queries and support dashboards, reports and business insights.

nEnsure appropriate accounting impact for SAP B1 transactions.

nWork with APIs, databases and third-party applications for system integrations.

n3. Business Analysis & Process Management





nEngage with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges

nand process requirements.

nGather, document, analyze and validate business requirements across Retail, Finance,

nProduction, Warehouse, HR and other business functions.

nTranslate business requirements into functional requirements and SAP B1 solutions.

nPrepare BRD, FRD, process flows, functional specifications and requirement documents.

nConduct fit-gap analysis between existing processes and proposed SAP B1 solutions.

nEvaluate the impact of system changes on business processes, integrations, reporting and

naccounting.

nIdentify opportunities for automation, process improvement and system optimization.

n4. Testing & UAT

nPrepare test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.

nCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

nTrack defects and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

nValidate system changes before deployment.

nEnsure system quality, integrity and business readiness.

n5. Retail & Warehouse Integration

nSupport integration of SAP B1 with retail stores and warehouse management systems.

nProvide functional inputs for retail-specific applications and processes.

nSupport inventory, supply chain, warehouse and store operations.

nEnsure seamless data flow between SAP B1 and integrated systems.

n6. Integration & Technical Collaboration

nWork with developers, integration teams and third-party vendors to implement SAP B1

nenhancements.

nSupport API-based integrations between SAP B1 and enterprise/third-party applications.

nParticipate in technical discussions and solution design.

nCoordinate with development teams for customization and system enhancements.





nExplore and support integration of AI solutions with SAP and enterprise systems where

nrelevant.

n7. Project & Stakeholder Management

nManage assigned SAP B1 projects and enhancement initiatives.

nCoordinate project timelines, resources and deliverables.

nWork closely with IT leadership, business users, functional teams, developers and vendors.

nAct as the primary point of contact for SAP B1 business requirements and functional

ndiscussions.

nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

n8. Training & Documentation

nCreate and maintain user manuals, functional specifications and process documentation.

nPrepare process flow diagrams and requirement documentation.

nConduct end-user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

nPromote SAP B1 best practices across business functions.

nMust-Have Qualifications:

n4–6 years of experience as an SAP B1 Techno Functional Consultant.

nStrong hands-on experience in SAP Business One implementation, configuration,

ncustomization and support.

nStrong functional knowledge of SAP B1 Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse

nand Production modules.

nStrong expertise in SAP HANA and SQL.

nHands-on experience with Crystal Reports and SAP B1 query generation.

nExperience with SAP B1 integrations, APIs and third-party applications.

nStrong understanding of business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, BRD/FRD,

nfunctional specifications and UAT.

nStrong understanding of accounting impact and financial processes within SAP B1.

nExperience working with business stakeholders, developers, integration teams and vendors.

nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or

na related field.

n

nPreferred Skills:

nExperience in Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Warehouse or Inventory Management

nprocesses.

nStrong project management and stakeholder management experience.

nWillingness to travel as required.

nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
