Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and experience working with business stakeholders to translate procurement requirements into effective SAP Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP Ariba implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure and maintain SAP Ariba modules based on business requirements.
- Work across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
- Configure Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, and related solutions as applicable.
- Design and support integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Work with integration technologies such as SAP Integration Suite/CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
- Troubleshoot integration, configuration, workflow, catalog, invoicing, and procurement issues.
- Configure approval workflows, purchasing processes, catalogs, suppliers, and transactional data.
- Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces, APIs, and integration-related requirements.
- Support supplier onboarding and enablement activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT,



and support defect resolution.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, supply-chain, and IT stakeholders.
- Provide production support and participate in incident and problem management.
- Support knowledge transfer and guide junior consultants where required.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of SAP Ariba experience with strong functional knowledge.
- Strong understanding of SAP Ariba S2P processes.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of:
- SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing
- SAP Ariba Sourcing
- SAP Ariba Contracts
- Guided Buying
- Ariba Catalog
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Solid knowledge of SAP Ariba–SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration.
- Experience with SAP Ariba CIG / SAP Integration Suite.
- Valuable understanding of procurement processes including:
- Requisitioning
- Purchase Orders
- Goods Receipt
- Invoice Processing
- Approval Workflows
- Supplier Management
- Sourcing and Contract Management
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Ariba certification is preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA procurement processes.
- Experience with SAP Business Network / Supplier Network.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration concepts.
- Experience working in global implementation or support environments.
- Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
