Lead the design, development, and support of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). Drive SAP S/4HANA development activities, including custom code remediation, extensibility, and modernization initiatives. Architect and develop solutions using Modern ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and RAP.





Define development standards and ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, EWM, TM, GRC, etc.) for solution design and delivery. Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, testing cycles, UAT, cutover activities, and go-live support.

Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to project teams. Participate in effort estimation, solution architecture, and stakeholder management activities.

Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, Advanced CDS/AMDP Development, EWM, TM, GRC, and other S/4HANA modules. Solid communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead technical teams, mentor resources, and drive end-to-end project delivery.
