Role Description The Sap ABAP Consultant - Training role is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality SAP ABAP training to aspiring and working professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating training modules, creating practical exercises and case studies, and delivering live online sessions or recorded content on core ABAP topics.

The consultant will guide learners through hands-on projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide feedback on assignments and assessments.



The role also involves collaborating with the academy team to refine curriculum based on industry trends, supporting learners via online channels, and ensuring that training outcomes meet enterprise readiness standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in ALV Reports and related ABAP reporting techniques.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with User Exits and enhancement frameworks within SAP.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of BAPI and integration scenarios using SAP business objects.
- Candidates should possess experience working with IDoc for data exchange and interface development.
- Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills in ABAP for modern SAP development.
- Solid understanding of SAP modules and business processes, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Prior experience as an SAP ABAP consultant or trainer, preferably in enterprise or academic environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to support diverse learners remotely.
- Relevant certification in SAP ABAP or SAP technologies is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
