Bellance Salon is looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our Bengaluru operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day salon operations
- Lead, motivate & manage the salon team
- Drive monthly sales, membership & retail targets
- Improve client experience, retention & repeat business
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline & productivity
- Manage inventory, billing & daily reporting
- Ensure Bellance SOPs, hygiene & service standards are followed
- Support recruitment, training & team development

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5+ years of experience in salon/beauty/wellness management




- Strong sales & team-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling ability
- Target-oriented and commercially driven
- Positive knowledge of salon operations
- Professional personality and grooming
