Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Jaipur. The Salesperson will identify and approach potential clients, present Tweak Advertising’s signage solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include visiting client locations, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, meeting revenue targets,



and collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. The Salesperson will represent the company professionally in the market and help grow its client base.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability in sales, business development, or field marketing, ideally in signage, advertising, or related industries.
- Basic knowledge of branding, visual merchandising, or marketing concepts to explain product value clearly to clients.
- Good negotiation and closing skills, with a goal-oriented mindset and comfort working with sales targets.
- Ability to plan and prioritize daily visits, manage multiple client accounts, and maintain organized sales documentation.
- Comfort working on-site and traveling locally within Jaipur to meet clients and conduct market visits.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging apps) for communication and reporting.
- Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
