Role Description This is a full-time remote Salesperson role. The Salesperson will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings, and present ANR Business Consulting’s services to prospective clients.

The role includes managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing recent business across offerings such as recruitment support, virtual assistants, accounting, digital marketing, and IT solutions. The Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve building long-term client relationships, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that support company growth.

Qualifications

- Strong consultative sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.




- Experience building and maintaining client relationships in B2B or professional services environments.
- Ability to effectively present and explain service offerings such as outsourcing, virtual assistants, or business support solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities remotely.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
- Previous experience in outsourcing, consulting, or business process services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
