Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to support large-scale enterprise Salesforce initiatives. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, integrations, and next-generation AI solutions using Agentforce, Data Cloud, external LLMs, and agentic AI patterns .

Responsibilities

- Lead hands-on Salesforce development across enterprise implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and review Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, integrations, and APIs .
- Build and support Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud solutions.
- Implement AI agents, actions, grounding, guardrails, tool calling, and human escalation.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and asynchronous processing.
- Ensure secure, scalable, bulkified, and maintainable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts,



QA teams, and distributed development teams.
- Support CI/CD, Git, SFDX, testing, deployment, and production readiness.

Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience .
- Solid expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security .
- Strong experience with Service Cloud and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI/agentic solutions .
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud .
- Strong understanding of governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous Apex, testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD , and enterprise release processes.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, code-review, and mentoring skills.
- Experience with MCP, external LLMs, RAG, or AI observability is a plus.
