Team Member-Process-Credit Card-Marketing HO Position: Sales Training & Development Manager – Consumer Bank Location: Mumbai Function: Consumer Banking – Learning & Development / Sales Enablement Grade: (As per internal banding) Reporting to: Outbound Head / Training Manager (Consumer Bank) Department : Credit Card-Marketing HO Grade: M1 to M3 Key Responsibilities Sales Onboarding: Deliver structured induction programs for new sales hires (CASA, Loans, Credit Cards) to ensure faster readiness and productivity Sales Training Delivery: Conduct training on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer engagement Capability Building: Drive initiatives to enhance selling skills, cross-sell/upsell capabilities, and customer-centric selling approaches Product & Compliance Training: Ensure sales teams are aligned on product updates, policies, and regulatory requirements (RBI guidelines) Performance Enhancement: Analyze sales MIS to identify gaps and conduct targeted refresher training for low performers Field Coaching:



Provide on-ground coaching and support to sales teams through field visits and joint calls Content Development: Create training modules, sales playbooks, scripts, and digital learning content Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Sales Heads, HR, Product, and Compliance teams to align training with business needs Eligibility Criteria Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking/NBFC Sales or Sales Training Prior experience in Consumer Banking or Credit Cards preferred Strong understanding of sales processes and frontline challenges Proven track record in improving sales performance or enabling teams Required Skills Solid sales training & facilitation skills Good understanding of banking products and regulations Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to analyze sales data and identify skill gaps High energy, result-oriented, and willingness to travel for field coaching
