Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Trainer to train and develop our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for improving sales skills, product knowledge, customer handling, communication, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training programs for new and existing sales employees.
- Train employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, and practical sales training sessions.
- Identify training needs and prepare training materials.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.





Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in sales training, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Ability to motivate and engage employees.
- Positive leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
