Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainee role based in Noida.

The Sales

Trainee will support the sales team in identifying prospects, presenting Propulence’s real estate solutions, and assisting in closing deals.

Responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, explaining platform features, gathering requirements,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. The role involves learning and applying sales processes, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with senior sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

Trainee will also help provide responsive customer support, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a willingness and ability for Training, with openness to coaching and continuous skill development.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort with using digital tools and an interest in the real estate or prop-tech sector will be an advantage.
