Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy Team Lead – Sales who can lead, motivate, and develop our sales team while driving business growth. You will be responsible for team performance, sales targets, lead conversions, and maintaining a strong sales process.

Team Lead – Inside Sales

What You’ll Do

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and improve conversions.
- Support team members in handling customer objections and closing deals.




- Conduct team huddles and regular performance reviews.
- Track team performance and ensure accurate CRM updates.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and business targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of Team Leading experience in EdTech Sales / B2C Sales / Inside Sales.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
- Solid customer handling and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to manage sales pressure and consistently achieve business goals.
- Experience in driving team conversions and revenue growth.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
- Must carry your own laptop.
