Retail SBI Credit Card Team Leader:
Manages a field or direct sales team to drive credit card acquisitions, mentor executives, and meet assigned regional sales targets.
- Team Management:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of Relationship Executives or sales agents. Conduct daily briefings, set individual quotas, and monitor daily/monthly performance metrics.
- Sales & Achievement:
- Drive field sales and open-market lead generation to pitch and sell SBI Credit Cards. Ensure the team delivers on daily sales reporting and Daily Run Rate (DRR) goals.
