SALES CLOSER – THE WEDDING CHAPTER

About The Wedding Chapter The Wedding Chapter is a premium wedding photography and videography brand by Pixel Media. We create cinematic wedding films, candid photography, traditional coverage and complete wedding media experiences.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Closer who can take qualified wedding enquiries from the first conversation to confirmed booking.

This is not a basic telecalling role. We need someone who understands sales, can build trust with clients, handle objections, negotiate professionally and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and communicate with incoming wedding enquiries.
- Understand the client’s wedding requirements, dates, venue and budget.
- Present suitable wedding photography & videography packages.
- Conduct sales consultations over phone/video call or in person.
- Handle pricing and competitor objections.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Collect booking advances and complete the sales process.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients throughout the sales journey.

What We’re Looking For





- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close sales.
- Experience in wedding photography, events, hospitality, luxury services or similar industries is preferred.
- Comfortable selling packages in the ₹80,000–₹2,50,000+ range.
- Target-oriented and highly persistent.
- Professional Hindi and English communication.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong follow-up discipline.

Performance Expectations

You will be responsible for moving leads through:

Enquiry → Qualification → Consultation → Follow-up → Negotiation → Booking → Advance Payment

Your performance will be measured primarily by revenue generated and bookings closed, not simply the number of calls made.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹30,000/month + attractive performance incentives
