SALES SPECIALIST

About the Role

KAN Universal is looking for a driven Sales Specialist to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and sell our LED display solutions.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable solutions, managing the sales process, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on current sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, references, networking, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LED display solutions.
- Handle the sales cycle from initial enquiry to quotation, negotiation, and closure.
- Coordinate with CRM, Operations, Technical Support, and Accounts to move opportunities forward.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product discussions when required.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the CRM.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products.
- Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in LED, AV, electronics, signage, or related industries is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
