Hiring: Field Sales Executive – No-Nonsense

Base Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month + Incentives

No-Nonsense is a new protein-based energy drink built for people who want energy and protein without unnecessary complexity.

We are launching in the market and are looking for an energetic, confident Field Sales Executive to help us take No-Nonsense to offline retail stores across Mohali.

What You'll Do

- Visit offline retail stores, gyms, cafés, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other relevant outlets across Mohali.
- Introduce and pitch No-Nonsense Protein-Based Energy Drink to store owners and managers.
- Convince retailers to stock and sell the product.
- Generate recent retail accounts and build strong relationships with store owners.
- Explain the product, pricing, margins, offers, and other relevant details to retailers.
- Follow up with stores to drive repeat orders and maintain relationships.
- Identify high-potential locations and new retail opportunities.
- Track daily store visits, leads, orders, and follow-ups.
- Work toward monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Gather feedback from retailers and customers and share it with the team.

Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable talking to people face-to-face.
- Good at convincing and negotiating with shop owners.




- Energetic and willing to travel around Mohali.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with field sales and daily store visits.
- Able to build genuine relationships with retailers.
- Good at communicating in Hindi/Punjabi/English.
- Previous experience in FMCG, beverages, food, supplements, retail, or field sales will be an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.

Compensation

Base Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month The exact base salary will be decided based on experience, communication skills, and relevant sales background.

On top of the base salary, attractive sales incentives will be provided based on performance.
