Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B lead generation campaigns.

- Identify target companies and key decision-makers.

- Manage LinkedIn content strategy and direct outreach.

- Create compelling content for the recruitment industry.

- Develop case studies and client success stories.

- Support and execute email marketing initiatives.

- Enhance website content and optimize for SEO.

- Track and report on marketing-generated leads.

- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

- Support employer branding efforts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of qualified leads generated.

- Number of marketing-generated meetings booked.

- Volume of website enquiries.

- LinkedIn engagement rates.

- Email campaign performance metrics.

- Content production volume.

- Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
