About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our finance sales and business development function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial products/services, sales strategy, business development, client acquisition, team management, and revenue generation, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for financial products and services.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue growth.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, manage, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Monitor individual and team performance and implement improvement plans where required.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer interaction to conversion and closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore new customer segments and markets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and digital lead-generation initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments.
- Develop and manage sales channels and partner networks to increase business opportunities.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads, customer requirements, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Prepare and present regular Sales MIS, pipeline reports, target achievement reports, and market updates to Management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and build long-term client relationships.




- Take ownership of sales performance, revenue targets, and business growth.
- Provide strategic recommendations to Management for improving sales and expanding the company's market presence.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Management, or a related field will be preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance Sales & • Marketing is mandatory.
