Duties & Responsibilities- The job location is in Mumbai.

experience in Power tool sales, and other small scale machinery preferred.

Training will be provided. training period will be 3-6 months depending on the candidates capability and adaptability.

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and approach potential clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Promote mechanical and industrial equipment (rotary hammers, compressors, demolition hammers, etc.).
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Expand dealer networks and strengthen customer relationships.

2. Technical Expertise & Support

- Understand product specifications, applications, and performance.
- Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and training to customers/dealers.
- Assist clients in selecting the right equipment for their needs.
- Offer after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and coordination with service teams.

3. Customer Advisory & Service Coordination

- Act as a bridge between customers and the service department.




- Ensure warranty registration and guide customers on warranty policies.
- Coordinate timely service, spare parts supply, and technical updates.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.

4. Market Development & Strategy

- Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products and pricing strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on product improvements and customer demands.
- Support promotional activities, dealer meets, and exhibitions.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain records of sales visits, quotations, and customer interactions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and technical activity reports.
- Track inventory requirements in coordination with the store team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
