About the Role

Agnitra Spices is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our presence across the Jaipur market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for field sales, market expansion, distributor and retailer onboarding, and generating regular purchase orders. The candidate will be required to personally visit and pitch our products to big marts, supermarkets, distributors, retailers, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other potential B2B customers.

Our main objective is to build a strong distribution network and increase sales of Agnitra Spices across Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and develop business relationships with distributors, supermarkets, big marts, retailers, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other businesses across Jaipur.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate orders and new customers for Agnitra Spices.
- Present and professionally pitch our spice products to potential distributors and retailers.
- Onboard new distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into orders.
- Develop and expand the Agnitra Spices distribution network throughout Jaipur.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new markets and sales opportunities.
- Collect information about competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market demand.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to generate repeat orders.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.
- Explore opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers, and other bulk buyers.




- Support promotional and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, food products, spices, grocery, or retail sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Jaipur retail and distribution market will be a major advantage.
- Existing contacts with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, or cafés will be highly valuable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to independently approach customers and close sales/orders.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and regular market visits.
- Must be target-oriented and result-driven.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing will be an additional advantage.

We are looking for someone who can actively build the market for Agnitra Spices, rather than only handle office-based sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching new businesses, creating relationships, pitching products, negotiating with buyers, and converting opportunities into actual orders and long-term customers.

Compensation

Salary Performance-Based Incentives/Commission

Compensation can be discussed based on the candidate's experience, market network, and sales performance.
