Sales Manager – Jalandhar Region

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage channel and field sales across the Jalandhar region, develop dealers/distributors, drive market expansion and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealer & distributor networks.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through channel partners.
- Identify new markets and B2B business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure outlet coverage.
- Manage dealer relationships, collections and product movement.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends.




- Maintain timely sales reporting and follow-ups.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of field/channel sales experience.
- Experience in battery, electrical, solar, power or energy products preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation and market-development skills.
- Willingness to travel across the Jalandhar region.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
