What You Will Do (Major Focus Areas)

Lead, Recruit & Empower a High-Performing Sales Team: Build, mentor, and manage a team of remote sales agents. Set clear productivity standards, conduct regular coaching sessions, and cultivate an accountable, high-morale sales culture.

Optimize the Sales Funnel & Drive Revenue: Analyze CRM metrics, refine lead-to-conversion workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks across the entire sales process to maximize revenue.

Execute with Process & Operational Excellence: Enforce procedural standards, track key performance indicators (KPIs),



and continuously audit sales quality to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Strategic Executive Collaboration: Partner directly with company leadership to set ambitious growth strategies, overcome operational challenges, and present clear performance reporting.

What We Are Looking For

5+ Years of Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success managing high-performing B2C sales teams (experience in matchmaking, online dating, high-ticket consultative sales, or membership/subscription sales is strongly preferred).

Remote Leadership Mastery: Proven track record of hiring, training, and managing 100% remote, international sales reps using modern time management and CRM tools.

Data-Driven & Process-Oriented: Ability to read sales metrics, spot trends, and implement actionable solutions immediately.
