Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our Direct Auto Loan business through used car dealers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the used car market, strong dealer relationship management skills, and expertise in RTO documentation and loan disbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive auto loan sales directly through used car dealers.

- Build and maintain solid dealer relationships to ensure consistent loan volumes.

- Oversee endtoend loan processing including customer onboarding, documentation, and disbursement.

- Ensure compliance with RTO documentation requirements and coordinate with agents for timely submissions.

- Monitor dealer performance, track loan disbursement trends, and implement growth strategies.

- Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams to streamline processes.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.





- Provide regular MIS reports and performance updates to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- 28 years of experience in auto loans, preferably in the used car segment.

- Strong knowledge of the used car market dynamics and dealer ecosystem.

- Handson experience with RTO documentation and compliance.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in auto finance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
