Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts with prospective clients. The role involves coordinating closely with project and engineering teams to ensure accurate costing, timelines, and service delivery.

The Sales

Manager will maintain a sales pipeline, track performance against targets,



and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The position also includes overseeing customer follow-up, managing queries and concerns, and representing the company at local events, meetings, and industry networks to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to analyze project requirements, basic cost estimates, and timelines to prepare accurate proposals.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, professional interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with experience in using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfortable working on-site and conducting regular field visits in and around Jaipur.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
