BRAND MANAGER — MANSA

Mansa jewellery is looking for a full-time Brand Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

We’re looking for someone who understands fashion, luxury, jewellery and culture, and knows how to build a brand that feels distinctive, relevant and desirable.

As Brand Manager, you’ll work closely with the founder to shape and execute Mansa’s brand identity, marketing, communication and growth strategy from big-picture ideas to making sure the smallest details feel unmistakably Mansa.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Develop and execute Mansa’s brand and marketing strategy
- Plan and manage campaigns, launches, events and collaborations
- Work closely with the founder on brand direction and creative concepts
- Manage social media strategy and coordinate with the content/social team
- Build relationships with influencers, creators, stylists and other brand partners
- Identify relevant collaborations, partnerships and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with agencies, photographers, designers and other external partners
- Ensure consistency across Mansa’s visual identity, communication and customer experience




- Track campaigns, engagement and growth, and translate insights into actionable ideas
- Stay on top of fashion, jewellery, luxury and cultural trends
- managing manufacturers.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 1-3 years of experience in brand management, fashion, luxury, jewellery, lifestyle or a related industry
- Robust understanding of branding, marketing and social media
- Excellent communication and project-management skills
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Someone who is creative, proactive and hands-on
- Ability to manage multiple projects and external partners independently
- Someone who understands what makes a brand feel cool, relevant and desirable
- A genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, design and culture

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who thinks beyond a someone who wants to build something, bring ideas to the table and grow alongside the brand.
