Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Job summary:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth for our Motors, Gear Box, and Pump products. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and monitoring market trends and competition.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth for Motors, Gear Boxes, and Pumps.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and present sales, revenue, expense reports, and sales forecasts to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging opportunities.
- Stay updated on new products, industry developments, and changing customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales goals while maintaining strong customer relationships and market coverage.

Required Skills

- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Good knowledge of Motors, Gear Boxes, Pumps, or related industrial products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Target-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customers/accounts.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
