Job Summary

*Responsible for achieving Sales Target.

Sell Residential properties Noida / Gr. Noida

Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated sales in the residential segment in the Zone/ territory

Develop relationships with builders and investors and end- customers.

Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions prices.

Provide advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.

Understand clients needs and purpose solutions that suit them best.

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.

Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.

Participate in active marketing initiatives ,attending industry events,exhibitions.

Being abreast of the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
