Sales Manager – Triumph ( 2 Wheeler ) B.U. Bhandari Auto Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team for Premium brand Triumph.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive showroom sales, leads, test rides, bookings and conversions.
- Monitor team performance and ensure effective lead follow-ups.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations and escalations.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share performance updates.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and Service teams for smooth deliveries.
- Train and guide sales executives to improve their performance.

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach




- Customer relationship management
- Good knowledge of automobile/2-wheeler sales
- Strong follow-up and decision-making skills
- Experience required 5-8 Years in Automobile industry

Showroom Operations

- Ensure the showroom is professionally managed and sales processes are followed.
- Monitor showroom walk-ins, enquiries, test rides, bookings and deliveries.
- Ensure proper product presentation and availability of updated product information.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, Service and other departments for smooth customer deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and regularly share performance updates with management.
