- Looking for an experienced candidate with expertise in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home loans, Car loans, LAP, Secured, Unsecured and Insurance sales. Candidates should have a solid sales background, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate business for Personal Loan, Education Loan, Car Loan, Secured, Unsecured and other financial products,
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral partners.




- Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and training.
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to management.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
