nYour Responsibilities:

n• Follow up with leads generated through our marketing campaigns

n• Understand customer requirements, budget & preferences

n• Share relevant furniture photos, designs & product details

n• Communicate with customers through calls & WhatsApp

n• Negotiate pricing and handle customer objections

n• Convince customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders

n• Maintain regular follow-ups until the sale is closed

n• Build robust relationships with potential customers

nWe’re Looking For Someone Who:

n✔ Has excellent communication & convincing skills

n✔ Is confident on calls and WhatsApp

n✔ Understands sales & negotiation

n✔ Can consistently follow up without giving up

n✔ Has a customer-first approach

n✔ Has experience in furniture/interior/home décor sales — preferred, but not mandatory
