Role Description

- Accompany the sales team on in-person visits to restaurants across Hyderabad
- Visit restaurants and connect with owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Pitch and explain Countr and its features to restaurant owners
- Understand the restaurant’s current ordering and customer-handling process
- Identify problems where Countr can add value




- Build rapport and maintain relationships with prospective restaurant partners
- Assist the team during product demonstrations and sales conversations
- Handle initial questions and objections from potential clients
- Schedule follow-up meetings and support the team through the closing process
- Maintain a log of restaurants visited, contacts made, and outcomes
- Share daily updates on field visits, conversations, and progress
- Collect feedback from restaurant owners and share it with the product and sales team

Requirements

- Comfortable with daily travel and field visits across Hyderabad
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Telugu and/or Hindi fluency is a plus
- Confident speaking with business owners face-to-face
- Interested in startups, technology, SaaS, and sales
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Punctual, disciplined, and target-driven
- Willing to learn quickly and adapt on the field
- Prior field sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
