We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, develop dealer/distributor networks, and manage the sales team across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and key customers.
- Expand the dealer/distributor network across existing and new markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new territories.
- Set targets for the sales team and monitor achievement against KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Customer Service for smooth order execution.
Candidate Profile
- candidate with 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales.
- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
- Proven experience in dealer/distributor network management and channel sales.
- Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of market development and territory expansion.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
