Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head with a strong background in the Medical Devices industry. The candidate should have proven experience in handling sales operations, business development, distributor management, and achieving revenue targets in the healthcare/medical device sector.

The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to expand business across hospitals, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead and manage the complete sales team across regions.
- Generate new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic labs, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans.
- Conduct product presentations,



client meetings, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for smooth execution.
- Expand company presence in Pan India markets.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Medical Device Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of hospital procurement and healthcare sales processes.
- Ability to travel across India.
- Strong networking and business development skills.

Qualification
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Biomedical / Healthcare / Management
- Candidates with Medical Device Industry experience will be preferred.
