Proven track record of scaling retail sales in a reputed jewellery chain.

Deep understanding of the Kerala jewellery market and local consumer buying behaviour.

Strong understanding of wedding jewellery preferences.

Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.

Exceptional leadership and team-handling skills.

Robust analytical and data-driven approach to sales, inventory and profit-margin analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Revenue Generation

Formulate and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans to achieve targets.

Identify new market opportunities, potential store locations and market trends across Kerala.

Develop local promotional schemes, exchange offers and festival campaigns.

Team Leadership & Talent Management

Lead, mentor and monitor Store Managers and floor sales executives across branches.

Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.





Conduct training to improve product knowledge, customer handling and soft skills.

Operations & Customer Experience

Ensure SOPs are followed across retail showrooms.

Monitor stock movement, fast-moving products and inventory ageing to improve stock turnover.

Strengthen customer relationships and develop VIP/loyalty programs.

Market Intelligence & Compliance

Track competitor pricing, making charges, designs and marketing strategies.

Coordinate with the marketing team on visual merchandising and local advertising.

Ensure compliance with gold hallmarking standards, billing transparency and applicable retail regulations.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
