Hiring -National Sales Head / Head Sales

Job Purpose:

Lead the overall sales function of Raj Cooling Systems by driving revenue growth across Domestic, Industrial, Commercial, Tent Cooler, Fan, and Export segments. Develop dealer networks, strengthen distribution, manage key accounts, and achieve annual business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute B2C sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage retail, dealer, distributor, and online sales channels.
- Expand market presence and identify recent business opportunities.
- Lead and motivate the B2C sales team.
- Monitor sales, market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
- Manage channel partners and customer relationships.
- Plan promotions and sales activities.
- Track sales performance, collections, and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and delivery operations.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
