About the Role

FCS is looking for an experienced sales professional to drive the sales and business development of Plastic Injection Molding Machines across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in injection molding machines, plastic processing machinery, industrial equipment, capital equipment, or related engineering products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop recent business opportunities for plastic injection molding machines.
- Identify and approach potential customers in the plastics and manufacturing industry.
- Generate leads through market research, customer visits, references and industry networks.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and commercial discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up until order closure.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order finalization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with technical, service and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to territory growth.

Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Technical Sales.
- Experience in Injection Molding Machines, Plastic Machinery or Plastic Processing Equipment will be preferred.
- Candidates from Industrial Machinery, Capital Equipment, Engineering Products or Manufacturing Equipment may also be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate solutions effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
- Diploma / Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Production, Plastics or a related field will be an advantage.
