Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
- We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
- You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and selling our products or services over the phone or email.
- Responsibilities:
- Reach out to new and existing customers through calls and emails.
- Explain our products/services and answer customer questions.
- Follow up with leads and manage sales pipeline.
- Use CRM software to keep track of customer information.
- Meet sales targets and goals.
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Friendly and qualified attitude
