​Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven, and highly professional Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, present property options, conduct site visits, and drive real estate sales.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Client Engagement: Respond promptly to incoming customer leads via phone, email, and social media, understanding their property requirements.

​Property Presentations: Professionally present and explain our residential plots, layouts, and investment benefits to prospective buyers.

​Site Visits: Coordinate and accompany clients for site visits in and around Trichy, effectively demonstrating the value of the properties.

​Sales Conversion: Follow up regularly with leads, negotiate terms professionally, and close sales agreements.

​Market Networking:



Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and local investors.

​Candidate Requirements:

​Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, direct marketing, or customer relationship management (Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome).

​Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English, strong negotiation abilities, and a persuasive personality.

​Transportation: Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and vehicle is preferred for field visits.

​Education: Any graduation or relevant diploma.
