At Syncurity (Shreenath Enterprises), we build secure, high-performance ELV, Pro AV, and IT infrastructure solutions across high-rise residential townships, commercial hubs, defense installations, and aviation facilities. As a Sales Executive, you own driving revenue growth by pitching our flagship Syncure Townoctave Engine (our 8-layer ELV execution framework) to real estate developers, MEP consultants, and public sector procurement heads. You are responsible for identifying high-value project opportunities, building solid key-account relationships, and converting qualified leads into signed commercial contracts.

1. Key Responsibilities

- B2B Lead Generation &
- Prospecting:

Identify and map new developer townships, commercial complexes, and government/defense tenders across Mohali, Punjab, and key client sites pan-India.

- Consultative Solution Pitching: Present Syncurity’s ELV, IT infrastructure, Surveillance, Access Control, Public Address, and Smart Home solutions to C-level executives, real estate developers, and MEP consultants.

- BOQ &

- Commercial Proposal Driving:





Coordinate closely with internal Presales Engineers to translate project specs into competitive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and customized commercial proposals.

- Account Management &

- Relationship Building:

Maintain continuous engagement with developer accounts, general contractors, and architects to secure preferred vendor status and repeat project orders.

- Pipeline Hygiene &

- CRM Reporting:

Log all client interactions, prospect meetings, quotation submissions, and deal statuses in the CRM to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.

- Contract Negotiation &

- Order Closing:

Lead commercial negotiations, finalize payment terms, resolve client queries, and secure signed Work Orders and Purchase Orders.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Project &

- Operations leads to ensure smooth site handovers upon deal sign-off, facilitating timely project commencement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
