We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to develop and manage sales of scaffolding systems, scaffolding accessories, fasteners, and related construction products. The person will be responsible for identifying new customers, maintaining existing accounts, generating enquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating orders, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers in the construction, infrastructure, industrial, fabrication, and engineering sectors.
- Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, fabricators, dealers, and project sites to generate business.
- Promote and sell products such as:
- Scaffolding pipes and tubes
- Scaffolding couplers and clamps
- Base jacks, U-head jacks, props, and accessories
- Scaffolding frames and related systems
- Nuts, bolts, washers, threaded rods, anchors, and other fasteners
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and quantities.
- Generate sales enquiries and prepare quotations, estimates, and commercial offers.




- Follow up regularly with customers to convert enquiries into orders.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, production, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat and additional sales.
- Monitor competitors, market prices, customer requirements, and industry trends.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, collections, and customer visits.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
