We are looking for a Sales Executive who is confident in speaking with customers, generating leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales deals.

The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services.

Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Prepare and share quotations/proposals when required.

Negotiate with customers and work towards closing deals.

Maintain proper records of leads,



follow-ups, and sales status.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with the technical/project team for smooth handover after deal closure.

Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/tele-sales/business development.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Ability to independently handle leads from enquiry to closure.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Experience in IT/software/web/mobile/CRM/ERP sales will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

Confident and target-oriented.

Valuable telephone etiquette.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Good Hindi and English communication; Bengali will be an advantage.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Additional: Performance-based incentives will be provided based on sales achievement.
